What does the website store and why?

• Account: Google account ID, name, email and information you provide yourself, for sign-in, account management and support. The website never receives your Google password.
• Learning materials: card sets, designs, tests and answer keys, pictures and voice recordings you save to learn, print, assign and grade.
• Learning: profile names, classes, assigned lessons, answers and results, to save progress, adjust practice and report to authorized people.
• Feedback and requests: content, attached images, related pages and contact details you provide yourself, so we can receive and respond.
• Technical information: sign-in cookies and browser data needed for operation, security and bot protection.

Where is data stored?

Card drafts are kept in the browser you are using. Clearing browser data may delete drafts.

When you save to your account or learn with a profile, learning materials and learning data are sent to the system so you can use them across devices. For test import, the original file is read on your device; only the content you approve and save is uploaded.

Private learning materials, pictures, voices and tests are not automatically added to the public library.

Who can see the data?

You and the people you authorize. Teachers and parents can only see data from the accounts, profiles and classes they have access to.

The operator only processes data when needed for support, security or handling requests. Data may be provided in response to lawful requests from competent authorities.

Services used

The website uses Netlify to receive and forward traffic, Cloudflare for operation, storage and bot protection, and Google for sign-in and font loading.

These services may receive technical information when you use them. Data may be processed outside Vietnam, depending on the service and configuration.

Mic and voice

• The mic only turns on when you press record and allow the browser to use it.
• Card voice recordings are uploaded when you save them with the card set to your account.
• Speaking practice recordings are used only in the current turn; the website does not upload them for storage.
• Speech recognition may send audio to the browser's service. When learning with a profile, results and practice session information are saved.

You can choose not to use speech recognition and keep learning with other features.

Children's data

Learning profiles must be managed by a parent, legal representative or appropriately authorized person. Using a child's data requires a legal basis and consent as required by regulations; teachers do not replace the representative on their own.

The website does not publish children's pictures, voices or private progress for advertising.

How long is data kept?

Drafts stay on your device until you delete them. Card sets, files and progress are kept to serve your account, assigned lessons or to process valid deletion requests. Deleting a card set does not automatically delete all files and copies of assigned lessons.

Resolved feedback is cleared after 180 days. Completed data requests are also cleared after 180 days, unless they must be kept to resolve disputes or meet legal obligations.

Expired sign-in sessions are cleared automatically. Consent history is kept as a basis for data processing. Provider backups may not be deleted immediately when data on the live system has been deleted.

Send a question or request

Use the Send feedback at the bottom of the page to ask questions or request to view, correct, delete or stop processing your data. Choose Privacy and data, describe what you need and leave contact details if you want a reply. Never send passwords or OTP codes.

Trong Account - Your data and rights, you can also download your existing information, and view or withdraw choices you have confirmed.

Some requests require verifying identity and access rights. Receiving a request does not mean the data has been deleted; the website only confirms completion after processing. Withdrawing a choice may stop features that depend on it.
